Used for claims that are not reportable on Schedules 1, 2, 3, 5, or 8, including certain excise tax refunds related to Form 720, Form 2290, Form 730, and Form 11-C. 

Schedule 8 – Registered Credit Card Issuers 

Used by registered credit card issuers for certain eligible fuel tax refund claims. 


How to File Form 8849?
